The Health Quality and Complaints Commission is an independent, impartial and free service to healthcare consumers and providers. Contact them if you’re concerned about your healthcare or healthcare quality; issues include professional conduct, confidentiality and privacy, bill and fees. HQCC will listen to your concerns and explain how they can help. If they can’t help, they will try to refer you to somebody who can.
