Now that I have the time to travel I can not obtain travel insurance this in spite of The Foreign Affairs Dept. advising that ''if you can not afford travel insurance you can not afford to travel.''
I did find one insurer offering insurance for over 70s only to find that they cut off at 75 and limited to australia
the company CEO needs to know that one is dead at whatever age she/he dies or is killed.
three months searching australiai uk usa etc.
I dont know if this missive will generate a response from someone who has succeeded in buying insurance at the age
of 73 and 78. however I live in hope.
